AI Hotel Operating System · GA 17 Aug 2026 — Founding pricing for the first 300 properties, locked for as long as you stay.

Security & TrustProof, not promises

An AI touching your books must leave fingerprints.

We built the product on one rule: nothing posts without a trail. Who read what, which rule decided, how confident it was, and how to undo it — recorded on every single action, at every property, forever.

LIVE · HOTEL #7 · TONIGHT’S CHAIN
FRONT OFFICE Night audit landed · 3:20 AM HASH a91f… · PREV
HOUSEKEEPING 93 rooms assigned · 4:00 AM HASH 4c02… · PREV a91f…
ENGINEERING WO-4471 raised · 4:12 AM HASH 7de1… · PREV 4c02…
The tamper-proof ledger

Every action links to the last one. Go ahead — try to break it.

Each record carries a fingerprint of the record before it. Edit anything, and every link after it stops matching — instantly, visibly, for everyone. Press the button and watch.

How your data is held

Walls, gates, and locks.

Your rows are walled off Isolation lives in the database itself — a query for one hotel group physically cannot return another’s data, even if the application asks.
Doors start closed Access is a whitelist: every screen is locked until a role explicitly opens it. Sessions can be cut centrally, immediately.
Keys never travel Bank, payroll and PMS credentials are encrypted at rest and never sent to a browser — you see that a connection exists, never the secret itself.
Closed stays closed Once a period locks, nothing in it moves. Corrections take the recorded path forward — which is why the audit package means something.
Whose data is it

Yours. In every sense that matters.

Take it, any time

Ledger, documents, audit chain — exportable in open formats whenever you like. No exit fee, no hostage-taking.

Never for sale

Your operating data isn’t a product. Price benchmarks are aggregated and anonymised — and any hotel can opt out of even that.

Deleted means gone

Ask, and we delete — keeping only what law or your own retention policy makes us keep, and telling you exactly which that is.

No borrowed badges.

We’re a young company, and independent certifications take time — so you won’t find logos here implying audits we haven’t finished. What you get instead is the architecture itself, opened up: the chain, the walls, the gates and the locks, walked through with your IT or audit team before a single dollar moves. Bring the hard questions early — we’d rather earn the trust than decorate for it.

Bring your auditor. Seriously.

A technical walkthrough of the chain, the isolation and the controls — before you sign anything.
